Through our extensive history of projects, we’ve been able to streamline our process in just 6 simple steps. Let’s walk you through them.

1. Discovery Meeting

Meet with our team to discuss your needs, wants, timelines, scope of work, and overall investment. We will evaluate the feasibility of your project considering multiple factors, and together we make a decision on whether or not to proceed with a partnership.

2. Partnership

We view our clients as partners and value the working relationship. To ensure transparency, we present a service agreement outlining project scope, timeline, and budget. We set up a communication plan to keep you informed and involved in the process, and assign you a dedicated project manager and site supervisor as your main point of contact on the project going forward.

3. Design & Planning

You will work with our interior design team to develop a conceptual design that will align with your vision and lifestyle. Our team will work with an architectural partner and collectively we will develop drawings, once architectural drawings are complete, we will then produce 3D renderings, assist with material and colour selection, and further refine the project budget and timeline.

4. Permits & Approvals

All necessary permit applications for approval will be submitted to ensure compliance is in place with local building codes and regulations, and finalize the preparation and protection of the site for the construction and build stage.

5. Construction & Build

As we kick off the construction and build stage of your custom home, addition, or renovation, our expert team, sub-partners and suppliers will meticulously bring your vision to life. Leveraging the talents of our dedicated interior design team, we ensure that the selection & material process is seamless and cohesive. From choosing the best suited materials to incorporating the latest construction techniques, every detail is thoughtfully managed to achieve a blend of functionality and aesthetics. Our collaborative approach guarantees that your project will not only meet but exceed your expectations, delivering a home that is both beautifully designed and expertly constructed.

6. Quality standards & final walk-thru

During the building process, we initiate milestone walk-thrus with you to ensure our quality standards are met. This provides you with the opportunity for questions, and for you to visualize the project as it progresses. A final walk-thru (DI – delivery inspection) will be conducted once the project is completed, followed by the hand off of a comprehensive homeowner package including warranty information and maintenance guidelines.
